Provide Shortcuts with their own persistent data store for reliable cross-device syncing. This should be an OS-level feature rather than relying on third-party solutions like DataJar, which has unreliable iCloud syncing.

While apps like DataJar provide key-value storage for Shortcuts and support text, numbers, booleans, lists, dictionaries, and files, a native Apple solution would offer better integration and more reliable synchronization across devices.
