Let iPad Pro act as a portable HDMI monitor for consoles/cameras, using the USB-C port with a capture accessory, displaying low-latency full-screen video.

Update: This is now sort of possible with a workaround! You can buy a $20 capture card and download an app to use your iPad as an external display for gaming consoles. It runs through the OS and is a bit of a pain, but it works. Read more about this setup on Tom's Guide.
